Scouting the Fins-9-28-26

Yeah, we didn't want to be talking about this, especially this early in the season.

You wanted him to grow with the team and with their ethos, which I think was off to a pretty good start in the last two games at least.

They were trending in the right direction.

Time of possession was – don't think it wasn't noticed.

I think the only thing that was wrong with that offensive performance yesterday was points.

And if you think about it, they were a penalty away from tying it at 14-14.

They were a non-call away from having another threat at another touchdown.

So I thought there was hidden yardage.

I thought that there was the possibilities in there.

But I think for, you know, to actually win the game.

But I thought Bobby Slowik was on point

yesterday.

Until he wasn't.

And I think that point where he wasn't was...

I think later on in the game when he looked at the scoreboard, and I think that that happened to a couple of guys on this team, namely the quarterback and Bobby Slowik.

You look up at the scoreboard and you're down two touchdowns and you get out of character.

It happened against the Raiders.

This team is, I think my partner said it best yesterday.

He said, this team is just not ready to win yet.

But you can see it's coming along.

I have no doubt.

I know everybody keeps talking about, oh, 0-17, it's going to happen.

No, I think a win is coming sooner rather than later.

It could be week six.

Because that's kind of when I predicted it, right? I predicted an 0-5 start.
