One of the things that I would really like to see is just a better game out of Xavier worthy.

Um, Man, I would really like to see some progress.

Like, last year was just so frustrating to watch.

And he couldn't do it because he can't break a tackle.

And if anybody gets their hands on him, he's going down.

Like that first defender that gets around Xavier Worthy, if they blow on him, he's fallen to the ground.

And it's just so frustrating, man, because...

Rasheed Rice is not a downfield guy.

Xavier Worthy has always been super hit and miss, and they really don't have anybody else.

It's a very thin receiver group.

Travis Kelsey had that long catch and run, but 50 yards of it was on the run part of it.

Yeah, and then we had wide receivers who got not even four points.

This group of wide receivers, Jalen Waddell, Cortland Sutton, Quentin Johnston, Xavier Worthy, Marvin Harrison, less than four points.

Quentin Johnston has a long way to go to lead the NFL in receiving.

Yeah, yeah, he does.

No, I think he's so clearly that type of guy that the concept doesn't, it's baked in to everything already.

Like when we talked about Xavier Worthy, I don't think people, because it's Xavier, Jameson Williams is that guy.

He's already, everyone knows he's an electric boom bus player.

So the captain ownership is kind of inflated naturally by his skillset.

At any rate, that's led to... you know patrick mahomes is always seeing these uh extra safeties over the top and he's having a tough time getting the deep throws and all these things and uh and i think it's impacted his deep accuracy as well it's kind of a hilarious like argument to make but like he's throwing those deep balls less frequently so that when they did have guys open for a stretcher like xavier worthy's rookie year he missed him like so many times deep when he was like wide open it was like how did you forget how to throw the deep ball but it's like because no one's letting him throw the deep ball anyway This is why it was so absurd to me for years that Chiefs never addressed running back.

I thought it was absurd that they didn't trade for Brees Hall when they were sticklers over a fourth-round pick or a third-round pick.

They should have just gave up the third-round pick and got Brees Hall.

And so the ways that plays out for me, as efficient as the ground game was in week one, I just think it means... it's very positive for the efficiency of the passing game going forward is, is the way that I see that.

And the way that, that like, cause it'll create the better passing situations.

I am concerned about the fact that like my homes threw a pick into the middle of the field where Xavier worthy just ran.

He wasn't even on the screen.

He doesn't have any draft picks now.

Um, the Brian Thomas's of the world, Xavier Worthy's of the world, Xavier Worthy's not even the start lineup.

You know, that kind of kind of shows you that the situation of the wide receiver room, I don't want to pile on, but when you invest in those guys early and then they're producing like this, it hurts you a little bit.

I mean, I, Wah's in the same boat with Kewch.
