And to your point, god i really feel like i'm looking at the jets offense the the browns offense and the dolphins offense be like they've got some players like i i kind of hope they can figure their quarterback stuff out you know um but the dolphins in particular i think the offense looks sound they're doing things that make sense and yeah ollie gordon looks awesome i totally missed the boat on this one from a fantasy standpoint i just didn't think it was going to work out for this team but they've looked they've looked good and he has looked good i wish i picked him up on waivers i i Totally apologize to the people that listened to us on this show and didn't end up picking him up.

But then second to that, in the receiver room, Malik Washington looks like a totally nice slot receiver.

He's solid, gets open, catches the football cleanly.

Chris Bell, I'm expecting the best from him to come in 2027.

And that's kind of all we have.

I mean, I imagine they want to get him matched up on Malik Washington and Kevin Coleman Jr., but if you can dictate Dulcich and Bell and Douglas here, then you can win some contested balls and even hit some explosives with the run after the catch.

The Raiders got Brock Bowers on him a couple weeks ago, and that was a mismatch.

We have the same opportunity here.

Definitely was.

And Malik Washington deserves a ton of credit for the block that he – that was a monster block that opened that up.

Of course.

But he also made a big move to get around Mika Fitzpatrick, who I had written about on Friday and said that this was a big game for a lot of the young guys because –

Neck and foot injury, that's not good.

We got Dante Trader with the shoulder.

We got Malik Washington with a knee.

We got Jared Wayne, the new wide receiver, with a knee.

I got 17 from Swift on Thursday night, which was cool.

Malik is hot right now.

Malik is super hot.

Last four games, 21, 25, 24, 16 in this one.

That's only two touchdowns in that streak of four games.

um damian pierce injury reserve jayden blue was brought up that's the note there uh dante uh davante adams had surgery today on his hamstring they're still expecting him back in his six to ten week recovery timeline uh which that took a while to get surgery done here so i'm thinking six to ten weeks from this point it's week eight maybe for the fantasy playoffs we can get him i think i'm selling davante adams if i have him on my team terence ferguson not practicing this week i think he's going to be maybe available for week nine good news for rashi rice and the chiefs he was limited today with that hamstring and now a knee injury there i see next to his name uh no almond raw today non-participant they're expecting him to practice tomorrow jameer gibbs also non-participant they're just resting up Uh, their dogs here.

It looks like Malik Washington for the dolphins limited.

We'll keep an eye on that knee injury.

Right away, Addington's been on the injury report every week since he was injured in the opener against the Raiders, making a tackle on the punt.

I know some people have kind of floated the idea of Caleb Douglas actually getting the shadow treatment because he's been very good as a big-bodied rookie for the Dolphins, but I don't think that he's really there.

And then Malik Washington, another interesting matchup.

He's a really physical guy, great after the catch, but him and Marcus Jones, that feels like a matchup that should work in the Patriots' favor.

So nice to have the cornerback room finally together.

but,

um, Out in Miami, I think the number one receiver out there is Malik Washington.

He's returning.

He's got about 50 return yards a game, returning kickoffs and punts, and he's catching five passes for about 50 yards a game.

And I think Miami's going nowhere, and that might be –

Dude, you know what? I don't love Malik Washington as a player, but what's interesting, and I do really like the way you thought about this, because I brought this up yesterday, like, how much longer does Cowling have to make this thing work? You know what I mean? Because he's not performing on the field in the pass game, Edwin, and I think he's terrifying all of us in the return game.

I wouldn't

trust him in the postseason right now.
