The Midwest is bracing for more heavy rain, strong winds, and severe storms this week, raising the risk of flash flooding.

Forecasters warn three to five inches of rain could fall across Iowa and southern Minnesota, where soils are already saturated, and two to three inches are possible from Chicago to Omaha.

All that rain could cause rivers and streams to rise rapidly.

Residents are being urged to monitor weather alerts and avoid flooded roads.

"Someday I'm gonna learn that." And then when COVID happened and we were all locked down, I was like, "Here's my chance to learn how to do this." And so I ordered one, uh, from, uh, like, a music store, folk music store in Minnesota.

When my whole, when my wife and, and dog and child were all stuck inside, they had to listen to me learn how to play this thing, and it, um, almost drove our family apart, but it was very beneficial for my mental health.

You know, you gotta, you know, in diapers play AAA and play 365 and all that kinda stuff, and I think everybody kinda knows you shouldn't be doing that, but they feel pressure to do it.

But I wanna know from you, because there's a reality to a situation as well, very, very, very, very, very few people, you know, get to where you got to, outside of like Minnesota, who only played one year of AAA.

So like, I wanna talk to like the kids who might not have the results they want or be on the team they want right now.

You've been to the top of the mountain not having had those elite, elite experiences.

There was a pretty long c- ... ti- term Minnesota connection to Barry too, with our, we've talked about before their state hockey tournament, how our kids always do the most ridiculous hair.

And so for 30 years now, it's been how can you make your hair as ridiculous as possible? And for a long time, he would review it on ESPN and, like, give his grades of the Minnesota kids' ho- you know, 'cause he's known for the mullet and the hair-

Uh, I would pick up another kid, too, on the way, and he'd fall in love with it as well.

I, I started to have to wait until he was in the car [laughs] to listen.

One final piece of news for you this morning about Marxists and Muslims, and ladies and gentlemen, this is quite something.

The UK's Daily Mail is reporting that DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen has confirmed that the Somali representative from Minnesota, Ilhan Omar, did in fact marry her brother as part of an immigration scam years ago.

By way of quick refresh here, we'll recall that the Minnesota press and others have reported that Omar likely married her brother because he is gay and the family was furious about his cavorting with a bunch of fellows down in South Africa and in the UK.

So they told him, move to the US, marry your sister, don't consummate it please, and then get your US citizenship or permanent residency.

That way we can keep an eye on your big gay self, which is haram in Islam and it's worthy of killing you.

He married his sister, but then he left for the UK to continue enjoying relations with the fellows.

Ilhan Omar has long claimed that these kind of allegations are ridiculous, xenophobic, and Islamophobic.

But she has also refused to answer questions about this when she was pressed on it back in 2019 by the Minnesota Star Tribune.

He's in, I think, the upper echelon of receivers.

He doesn't get the same sort of credibility as a number of guys do, like Jefferson in Minnesota and a few other guys here and there.

But he is a strong, big receiver.

And they put him out on that island and said, we have to have you here to run the defense as we want to run it.
