So we had about two hundred people on Substack over the past month who had their accounts, uh, have a billing error.

And we now believe it's not a, a banking issue, it's actually a Substack issue, that when you want to update your Substack status, uh, that is to say your billing information, your credit card or what have you, you can't use the app.

You have to go to the website of substack.com. Um, that is an engineering failure in my view, but nevertheless, that's the problem, and we've had apparently two hundred people who try to go to the app, and they're like, "I can't change it," and then we lose them as paid members.

It's a disaster.

Uh, a lot of people, two hundred people, that's, that's not good.
