Welcome to Politics Chat, in which I try to answer your questions about modern politics.

There are some things in the news today that you would like me to talk about, and they're kind of no-brainers.

But let me give you a big picture first.

as I said, have been saying for months, the summer was going to be bad.

And what I meant by that, I didn't know the specifics of what I meant.

You know, a lot of people were like, what do you mean? What's he going to do? I didn't know what he was going to do, but I was aware that his power was slipping and his mental acuity was slipping.

And that many of the things, you know, he was able to coast for about a year on things that had gone well in the Biden administration and that those things were going to fall apart.

And that's where we are right now.

You are watching things fall apart around the country.

You are watching his popularity plummet.

You are watching him madly try to stay in power.

And what we are getting from that is extraordinary instability in the United States of America and around the world.

And how this is going to come out, I have no idea.

I will reinforce at the end of this that our behavior will have a lot to do with how it comes out.
