It seems like everybody who's in the Republican Party that's running is really doesn't know what they're doing any more than the people in the cabinet do.

So instead of doing the smart thing or pushing back, they just did whatever Donald Trump has said.

And that's one of the problems we have here.

While McConnell's infrequent cryptic updates haven't served to persuade all of his colleagues or constituents of his ability to serve, the politician is still technically on the job whether he reappears on Monday or not.
