World War II

President Trump signed a bill that would authorize the National Medal of Honor Museum to be constructed in Washington, DC.

It's named after Hershel Woody Williams, who, before passing away in 2022, was the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from World War II.

The Missouri State Legislature changed the congressional map to favor Republicans a little more, seven to one.

Democrats don't want that.

But some theorists believe it was a project that was supposed to make naval ships invisible and teleport them.

It was meant to be used in World War II to allow naval vessels to change their locations while at war at lightning speed without any detection.

Nikola Tesla's involvement, he was appointed director and given an empty Navy battleship.

In nineteen forty, the ship vanished completely.

I think on some level we're still working with the Germans.

A lot of these Paperclip scientists and people who came here after World War II, I think that's all still happening to some effect.

Um, but General Schiess officially transferred to the Space Force in 2022 and rapidly ascended to its highest airship tiers.

I was thinking a lot about World War II movies after bombings, you know, like air raids and stuff.

And then we wound up in the middle of like, I'm talking little town in the middle of Germany.

I have no idea where I was at, but we're in this cabinet factory, this old cabinet factory that was around during World War II.

And do you remember the airplane that Hitler was going to end the war with? It looks like a boomerang and you see, You'll see pictures of it like leaning up on this wall because he moved it.

They were bombing all the factories the Allied forces were.

Once we were back inside the city limits, I knew that Pat's Pizza and all the other Drayton businesses would appear online just like they always had.

I would be able to open a history textbook and read about how the settlement was founded by fur trappers in the 1700s, and how parachutes were manufactured there during World War II.

I mean, what the hell did it all mean? Just thinking about it made my head hurt.

Yeah, I think they like it, and I think we get a lot of positive feedback from the military and the ex-military guys that just appreciate that we appreciate them, I guess, because we're the commandos, and we got our nickname back during World War II because of the amount of students that we had volunteer to go fight in World War II, so that's how we became the commandos, so we try to Keep that in mind and keep everything in perspective that, you know, this is an awesome game, teaches young men a lot of things, but there's a lot of things out there bigger than football, and we want these guys to feel appreciated and let them know that we care about what they're doing too.

pronouncing it correctly either oh thank you um um but it's but if you say you want to go on a river cruise from from paris out to normandy then people oh the whole group here just smiled um they're like we don't have any idea where that is but that is i've done it it's amazing it's absolutely amazing super cool

And if you're obviously a World War II buff or something like that, that's the piece de resistance of a trip.

But when you start those cruises, you're in Paris.

You're in Paris.

That's cool.

Oh, my gosh.

So it was right after World War II and after my grandfather also served in the Korean War as well.

So he was doing air traffic control, and my dad was born there.
