And I think, you know, one of the reasons why I started my channel in the first place was to actually get, you know, some of these stories out there because, you know, while there are some snake oil, there are some genuine things that do help, um, people.
And, you know, that's what kind of led me onto rapamycin in the first place, 'cause a- as you mentioned in the intro, this is one of the things that really took the longevity, uh, field by storm, and it was hoped, and still hoped, that it may play a role, uh, in human aging.
Um, so yeah, that's why I wanted to set up this study to see if we could make some progress.
