Episode 6: Texans Are Primed For Super Bowl Run

Look, for me, my perspective...

I think the Texans are going to at least get to the AFC Championship.

I know.

I know it's hard to believe.

My prediction this year is the Texans will get to at least an AFC Championship.

They have all the pieces to do it.

I've been seeing all these shows and predictions and rage bait segments online and social media accounts trying to get me to get all upset about the Texans and be upset at them and click their content.

saying the Texans are not going to be higher sometimes than third place in the AFC South.

I think that's absolutely insane.

Maybe I'm reading the situation the wrong way, but I think the Texans not only will win the division, I think going away, but they have enough pieces to get that second or first playoff seating and then host that divisional round and hopefully get to an AFC championship.

Texans have never done that, never hosted a divisional round game, which is why probably they've never advanced to that AFC championship.

Although last year, is still frustrating to me.

Texans were a better team than the Patriots.

If CJ Stroud had played a little bit better, and he knows this, if they had played a little bit better, they would have gone to Denver to play the Broncos in the AFC Championship.

And I think they would have beaten the Broncos because the defense was so much better than the quarterback that would have been facing there since Bo Nix was out.

So it was frustrating.

I remember watching that AFC Divisional match in the Dominican Republic.

Very random, I know.

I was sitting in our hotel in the Dominican Republic watching this game on a laptop.

I was there with the New Balance Future Stars series.

They had their Caribbean classic.

And I was there doing a lot of stuff that my client needed me to do.

But we were staying in this really, really crappy hotel.

The Hotel Boca Chica, the Walla Walla Boca Chica.

Just an absolute dump.
