I can't trust DJ Moore in this Texans matchup against Derek Stingley.

Everything is working against DJ Moore.

Maybe that's just exactly why the fantasy gods will make him pop off this week.

But not only is like DJ Moore himself aging, and there was questions about like his efficiency and just like hi- his want to play football at times last year for the Bears.

Sure, now he's in a new situation, change of scenery could help, but it's his first game ever in this, in this scheme with Josh Allen, like that's a little bit of a concern, and you're gonna have to face Derek Stingley.

I'm not expecting a lot of trust between Allen and DJ Moore in that matchup in their first game together.

You've got Will Anderson, Daniil Hunter.

We have J.C. Latham, who even if he plays solid, those are still premier pass rushers.

And then you've got Dan Moore, where he looks good against average and below, and he looks like he looks against elite.

Yeah, I think at that point you're just taking offense over defense in the year of our Lord 2026.

Because, yes, you get Stingley, Lassiter, and then would you say Petrie playing the slot? Yeah.

Their secondary's been together for three years.

You talked about the safety room.

They're good.

That's the only difference that you can, you know, he's the only difference maker that maybe might be a way around this Texans defense because they are absolutely stacked.

I mean, when you're up against the likes of Daniil Hunter, Will Anderson Jr., Derek Stingley Jr., they're just absolutely elite.

And the big question for the Texans then is, C.J. Stroud.

I mean, C.J. Stroud is the only thing holding this Texans team as a whole back.

Per se, he's had guys miss a couple of weeks there.

Maybe Stingley's out for a week and Aziz is out for a week or whatever.

Right.

I mean, it hasn't been devastating.

That's the big change.

And I know you have Derek Stingley and Kamari Lassiter and all that, but DJ Moore, he's a big play receiver.

He's also a guy that doesn't usually get tackled by the first guy.

Really good at making you miss, breaking tackles, getting extra yardage that isn't there.

James Cook is obviously important, but the Texans are so good against the run that Allen might have to try to go hero ball a little bit, as he has done so many times.

And Derek Stingley is an unbelievable cornerback, probably the best in the league.

And you've still got Jalen Petrie and a whole plethora of other guys back there capable of making plays, Bullock, you name it.

And I think we could see maybe a pick from Allen, if not two, as he tries to force this one.
