And that's why we brought our second lawsuit under the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871.

as a pretext to send thousands of mass unidentified federal agents to roams through Minneapolis neighborhoods to stop, harass, and arrest people based only on how they looked, what their perceived race, what their perceived national origin was.
And then administration officials told those agents on the ground to force confrontations with observers like Renee who wouldn't look away from what they were doing to their community.
And federal officials led those agents to believe that they were.
