We're in Yakima for FanFest Northwest.
It's a local Comic-Con that they have in Yakima.
It was their second one, and it's actually a fundraiser for a local nonprofit over there called Rod's House.
House, yeah.
So really cool event.

All the proceeds go towards basically young people struggling with homelessness and addiction issues.

So, I mean, if you're going to be a guest at a con, like, It's a pretty great thing to be a part of, in my opinion.
Yeah.
And everybody, all the staff who were there from Rod's house, who were putting on the convention, which we found out it was just three of them putting on this show.
Great people.
Yeah.
We salute you.
And you did a heck of a job.

It was, it was a bit of a strange, like, I kind of felt like we were stuck in a little bit of like uncanny Valley.

Cause Yakima itself is just like, uh, it's a different animal compared to the cons that you're normally at.

But you and I, like, we went on like a little, I want to say like little excursions, little walkabouts for the town.

We went to the, like the first night we were there, we went to some like 1950s steakhouse out in the middle of some farm fields, uh, where we were by far there was like the youngest, like 20 years,
like 20.
