And just to catch you guys up, if you're just waking up, you haven't turned the news on and you're listening to me, thank you for that, by the way.

It's not news to you if you're in San Diego that we've got Santa Ana conditions right now.

You may not have heard before you have headed out to hit the roads that there is a fire that's being referred to as the Henderson Fire.

The interesting thing about this, and we're going to keep our eye on this throughout the Andrea Kaye show this morning, but it's 0% contained, but they have lifted the evacuation orders.

So I'm not even sure who was in that evacuation path, but no doubt that this is going to be causing some issues on the On the roadways, if you're headed five north or five south.

Some more San Diego information for you guys to hear today is that the Mountain Empire School District... has closed their schools for today, and it's because of high winds out in that area.

So this involves Campo and other areas, and the reason for that is that they're expecting wind gusts that, depending on the area, can get up to 70 miles per hour today.

So we have some treacherous conditions right now because super warm, super high winds, and And it's super dry.

And so some tips for you guys to keep in mind as you're going about your day is you've got to stay hydrated.

With the high winds, you've got to make sure that if you have any outdoor living space, backyards or whatever, that you get anything that could fly away secured.

Also, of course, you want to avoid, if you can, particularly mainly if you have any health issues, I would say, you know, please try to stay inside and try to stay someplace cool this afternoon as it gets super warm.

Because one of the things we don't want to hear about is what happens in Europe so much as seniors, you know, suffering heat stroke.

And certainly I know that Friday we start thinking about getting outside and taking hikes and this and that.

But if you're going to be hiking anywhere like Cowles Mountain or any of the amazing hiking areas that we have here in San Diego, people think of us just as beaches, and that's true.

But we also have a lot of hikers and a lot of pickleball players over the weekend.
