In today's episode, we look at the questions raised by Raghav Chadha's removal and reappearance on electoral rolls, and what his case reveals about the ongoing special intensive revision process.

We also talk about Tata Sons, which may now be pushed towards a public listing after the RBI rejected its request to remain an unlisted private entity.

But we begin today with the BRICS summit in New Delhi, where India has managed to secure a joint declaration after days of difficult negotiations.

We have to give it some time, say five, 10-year timeframe before we can say whether it has become too unwieldy or it actually benefits the people and increases the heft of the grouping.

[outro music] And next, we talk about the questions that the Raghav Chadha case has raised about the ongoing SIR process.

Over the past few weeks, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha has been in the news after The Indian Express reported that he was among the 13.37 crore electors whose names were deleted from the draft electoral rolls being prepared as part of the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision, or SIR.

Now, Chadha was supposed to be on the Punjab draft electoral roll.

Instead, his name appeared on the list of electors marked as absent, shifted, dead, or duplicate and deleted from the draft roll published on the 31st of August.

Speaking of not being able to locate things.

they know they're going to lose and they're removing people from the voter rolls.

And I know that this is true.

This is not rhetoric, boo, because my daughter called me yesterday in a panic when she went to check her voter's registration in Texas and they had removed her.

Oh well, look at that.

How many fake names are on all of our ballots, all of our state voter rolls? Oh, my God.

I bet you the corruption is through the roof, and I bet you it's probably the only reason why Democrats ever retain any power anywhere, because they are destructive, incompetent.

Okay, new figures.

[intro music] In today's episode, we look at Jharkhand, where an Indian Express investigation found BJP booth-level agents seeking the deletion of dozens of voters from electoral rolls, many of them Muslims and migrant workers.

We also take a look at Haryana, where a month-long sanitation worker strike has become a political challenge for the BJP government.

But we begin today by talking about the controversy surrounding India's latest GDP figures.

Typically, a lot of revisions happen, and justifiably, because data keeps coming up.

So one should not just draw all kinds of conclusions just based on a quarterly GDP data.

[instrumental music] And next, we shift our attention to the state of Jharkhand, which is currently undergoing the special intensive revision of its electoral rolls.

This exercise, which began on the thirtieth of June with a draft list published two weeks later, saw sixteen point four eight percent of voters, around forty-three lakh people, deleted from Jharkhand's electoral rolls.

So that's encouraging to hear.

So when we come back, we'll have State Representative Jamie Keel, who sponsored the – it was HB 67, which was revamping our voter rolls and the costs associated with voter rolls last session.

He'll kind of talk us through why he did that, what the plan was, why he thinks it's better.

We've got hot flash news.

Fraud and all of a sudden you have these these local auditors, these these citizen auditors that want to.

And we did some of that work in a organization that I started called Local Alabama.

We did a lot of our own auditing as much as we could, but we didn't have forty thousand dollars to get the voter rolls.

But anyway.

They're staggering.

India Today reports that 47.7 lakh voters have been excluded from Delhi's draft electoral roll.

Out of a total of 1.45 crore.

That is nearly one in three voters just vanishing.

They have a White House, the House, and the Senate.

And the Supreme Court just acted by, guys, a party that refuses to clean up its own voter rolls.

Dead people.

And the kingmaker of the Democrats, Assange Pike, are openly threatening American Jews.

You read recently in New

Jersey where tremendous numbers of people found out that they were in the voter rolls totally illegally.

And that's all over the country.

And earlier this month, a traitorous U.S. District Judge Obama appointee named Indira Talwani expanded her previous blockade of Trump's executive order on mail-in voting.

And the Boston-backed so-called judge, it said, had previously blocked the March 2025 executive order, It was entitled, Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections to Try to Remove Illegals from the Voter Rolls.

Said the order then, free, fair, and honest elections unmarred by fraud, errors, or suspicion, and we got all of those, are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional republic.

And what a concept.

From Berry County, more evidence of criminality that we've known about for a long time, but now is increasingly provable.

Berry County Sheriff Darlief revealed last week, and we talked about it then, that a whistleblower had come forward with explosive information concerning non-citizens being not only allowed to vote, but automatically registered to vote without even the knowledge of local clerks in the city, township, or community where they ended up getting registered.

Here's a bit of the clip where Sheriff Darleaf explained just how easy it is for non-citizens to be put on these so-called voter rolls and how difficult it is for them to be discovered and removed.

in which they are trying to have a USPS final rule, for instance, go into effect that forces states to turn over voter rolls to the Postal Service as a means of cross-checking with DHS, for example, potential lists of, uh, individuals that DHS has claimed to be non-citizen ineligible voters.

But from our reporting with Laura, that we are hearing from elections officials, not just Democrats, Republicans too, who say that they have little confidence about the DHS's ability to actually provide concrete lists of non-citizen, uh, ineligible voters.

And that from their own conversations with the Department of Homeland Security, that they a- are, are deeply skeptical and questionable about their own understanding of the lists that they are providing.

Jacob, from the midterm elections, and this is coming at a time in which they are effectively, through this new US Postal Service rule, putting the states in a position of having to turn over their voter rolls and legally be obligated to ensure that there is not a single non-citizen voter on it, or if those state election officials that turn over these rolls potentially face prosecution.

There's a lot of dynamics here at play in that it's clearly a focus point of the Trump administration and the legal apparatus around them right now.
