174. Nice Boys

OK, but let's let's talk about something about just the shit with, you know, because I was seeing.

You do have to get to the bottom of it.

Like there's this there's this kid who does these YouTube videos.

I don't know if you've seen him.

He's a fan of the pod.

Alex Gershman, you know, this kid.

And he does these YouTube.

He talked about like Tropicalion one.

And then I did a little interview with him for Humpty.

OK, I remember that.

And he does like a YouTube channel now where he talks about what he's reading and shit like that.

Yeah.

And he talks about his own writing in that, too.

And I was just thinking like, you know, this is kind of the wave we on.

And this is like the new wave of the writer now, you know.

You got to use the technologies at your disposal to do your thing.

Like we do in the pod, the sub stack, all these things.

That's part of you trying to be a 21st century writer.

Right.

You know, you put all the, you know, everything's your notebook kind of.

The pod is our notebook, the stack, you know.

Now I got...

You got to be your own promotional vehicle in some ways, too, and try to do it in a way that's not the corniest shit in the world.

You know, that's what I'm trying to do with that shit.

Yeah.
