And then the last card from that three that came out was the Chariot, which it's moving in the

past.

It's coming.

That's Chariot cards.

This is a very pool house card.

No, it's, you know, it reminds me of, what's it, Helios.

It's very, yeah, Helios, the sun, he crashes the Chariot.

For example, the emperor is also Aries and the lovers is also Gemini.

So if, for example, you were to ask me, Natalie, what are your top three? I would probably say it's Leo, Libra and Chariot because I'm a Cancer, Chariot.

And my rising is a Leo and that's the strength card.

And then my moon card is justice, which is Libra.

The Fool.

The Chariot.

I love The Chariot.

And then Four of Plastics, which in my Mean Girls tarot deck is Four of Pentacles.

so something's coming in yeah you cannot stop this thing yeah that's what it's at but is it something that's trying to deceive you well the fool the fool in this case i think represents like because i pulled a fool last month as well with the tower card and now i'm pulling the fool with the chariot and the chariot is like things are going in action things are moving yeah things are moving things are going so it's like i think the fool is like you've embarked on this journey and you are moving the wandering fool towards this big thing you can't stop you're going it's in motion you're Your journey's in motion.

And I don't really feel it, but that's what the book says.

I'm excited about this because the Chariot is actually one of my least favorite cards.

I have a kind of a really surface level personal meaning that I've stuck to.

And, you know, like a mnemonic that I kind of use and have used for years because it evokes all the meanings I need.

It's how I grow my thing.

And for those who are new as well, we're talking about the Rider-Waite-Smith initially, but we will talk about some of the other designs and difference.

So I'll go through the chariot carriage from the traditional meanings, but first we'll show what the carriage looks like.

What are you attracting? What are you repelling? What are you moving toward? And are those things actually aligned? Because this stone gave me a lot to think about.

And then when the star and the chariot showed up as the tarot pairing for this episode, I was like, "Okay, yes, we are going there," so grab your magnetite or your lodestone if you have any.

Grab whatever you're drinking and settle in because this one is going to be a deep dive.

Before we get into the magical history of this stone, I want to start with what magnetite actually is, because this is one of those crystals where the science makes the metaphysical associations much more... make much more sense.

There is movement and choice involved with this stone, and there is this con-constant relationship between where you are right now and where you are actually trying to go.

And that brings us into the tarot pairing for this episode, because I honestly do not think one card is enough for this stone.

For magnetite, it sits somewhere between The Star and The Chariot.

Oops.

I say Magician.

I think The Chariot.

Ooh.

I'm gonna say Wheel of Fortune, as I continue the same thing.

It's a minor Arcana tarot card that generally symbolizes apathy, boredom, withdrawal, and missed opportunities.

Now, when Glanton picks his card, he picks La Coroza, which translates into the Chariot.

And the Chariot card is about overcoming challenges and gaining victory through maintaining control of your surroundings.

It represents willpower, determination, and pushing forward through obstacles to reach your goals.

So this one, I feel like Glanton, they refer to Glanton as the chariot of death.

So it could be any one of these things.

We'll see what we get at the chariot.

Chariot is a guy in a chariot.

He's a very, like, celestial prince-looking guy.

He has a awning of stars above him.

It's very important to note that the chariot can't move.

It's being pulled, quote-unquote, by two sphinxes who are laying down.

The chariot guy is...

And I guess I think we've covered everything on the lovers card.

And we're moving on to the next one, which is another one of my favorite cards, which is the chariot.

You know, you grab hold, and you're trying to put life back on track, and it just doesn't quite seem to happen.
