So yeah, I- I- I think, uh, I think people were wondering whether this was gonna stink or not, uh, considering the- the two movies, uh, that came out before this were met with, you know, not the best reaction.

Uh, some people liked Superman and some people didn't, uh, and I think pretty much, uh, all across the board no one liked Supergirl.

So this...

Lanterns was a- was a big deal I think, uh, especially introducing, uh, Aaron Pierre as he's gonna carry on into the DCU as, uh, John Stewart, Green Lantern.

Um, so this show, uh, created by Chris Mundy, Damon Lindelof, we love Damon Lindelof, a- and Tom King.

Chris Mund is also the showrunner.

It stars Kyle Chandler, Aaron Pierre, Kelly Macdonald.

And, uh, all right.

So I- I think we kinda wanna start talking about the show.

Uh, but first, um, we'll start with Nuno.

Uh, in general, what's your knowledge around the character of Green Lantern or any of the Green Lanterns?

Um, I think I had a general knowledge of, like, you know, the power rings, Hal Jordan obviously.

Um, I did know a lot about John Stewart, I think based on the Justice League anime series, like that was the Green Lantern of that show.

And actually, I've been reading a lot of DC comics lately.

I, uh, I had, like, an omnibus for the, uh, JL- JLI, the Justice League International, from, like, the mid-'80s.

It's, like, heralded as, like, one of the best runs.

It's very good.

Yeah.

Yeah, I- I just started it, like, a month ago.

So there- there was actually a lot of overlap between that and Lanterns, like, kind of like coincidentally, I guess.

So yeah, I- I know f- I think a fair bit about, um, Green Lantern.

Uh, well, the extent of my Green Lantern knowledge comes from Super Friends-
