I feel like Comic-Con weekend is always the first weekend where the heat and the
because 100,000 people who don't live there suddenly descend and there's just a lot more bodies?
No, because it's kind of even, like, the, like, the week, I guess it's kind of, like, the weekly, like, the week before, even before everybody's in town, like, it's just already, like, I'm, like, oh, like, I gotta, like, run the AC at night a little bit before I go to bed, like, cool down my room, like, it's just, it's, like, it comes in right before everybody else comes in.
um like that was kind of like the one bummer because usually there's like a few offsets that like i want to try to do and there was like i was like looking at before and i'm like there's like barely anything i even want to try to wait for and it's also like do i want to wait like four hours in line is like do i think it'll be worth it um so we only kind of did like two offsets they were like quick like really quick ones it turns out the one that like i like decided like no like i think i'll skip it turned out to apparently be like the best one so i'm like well i guess i screwed up there oh man um but even like sunday like sunday used to be like super chill on like the exhibit floor it's just like oh it's like the last day it's more chill you can like really walk around and like the last couple years i guess it's been busier but like this year especially i'm like it is fucking
crazy
on the floor and i think part of it is because less offsites this year and another part of it is there was like no like big there's no like big sunday panels anymore like last year i did do like the lucasfilm panel and that was pretty packed on sunday um but like Before, for years, Doctor Who would have the big Hall H thing on Sunday.
