Man, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass has ordered the LAPD to stop issuing criminal citations against street vendors.
Don't give those street vendors, you know, the ones operating without permits, any more hassle.

It's estimated that 50,000 street vendors operate throughout Los Angeles, and yet there's only 687 active vending permits as of September of 24.
That's a big difference.
