But the ICC comes along right at a moment when the U.S. goes to war in Iraq and Afghanistan.

And the last thing we want is to be held accountable for what we're doing with torture and all of that.

Consider a few red flags.

In 2025, Kareem Khan, the top prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands, was sanctioned by the White House for issuing arrest warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials over the actions they ordered in Gaza.

And shortly afterwards, he found that he had lost access to his Microsoft Outlook email account.

Now, UK law enforcement has also had problems with American big tech.
