There's always that need for institutional knowledge, and so many little things that can't be accounted for perfectly without some of that institutional knowledge in the seller or some of those people around.

Talk about how big a deal today is the transition of Medicare numbers, change of ownership stuff, and are s- you seeing an increasing amount of state statutes that you also have to attend to?

So it's absolutely very state-dependent.

I have, uh, a deal right now where telehealth is very important, especially in the peptide industry.

So obviously not Medicare, but it's self-pay.

W- it's very dependent on what state laws will change over time, and so this is being factored in in deals in a number of different cases.

So, okay, without further ado, today's episode, we are talking about something new, something I don't think we've ever talked about before.

Is that unusual to take so many cognitive tests?

Not really, because, you know, in Medicare, for example, there's something called annual Medicare wellness visits.

And people who have Medicare as their primary insurance, they come into their primary doctor's office.

And part of that assessment is an annual cognitive test test.

We do it in our place and it's done everywhere.

And doing annual cognitive tests, I think, is a good idea to make sure that you're where you're supposed to be.

Yeah.

Well, I think the point is that he seems to be taking more than an annual and I don't know if he's on Medicare.

They're going to do that.

Eli Lilly, CEO of Dave Ricks, says now that 700,000 new U.S. seniors have started taking GLP-1 medications since Medicare coverage.

you know, it takes care of most of it.

He said 70% of them are on the Lilly drugs.

If she loses her job...

I would move to Medicare and she would need to find private insurance.

No retiree benefits.

We love your take on whether we'll be okay if this happens.

Trying to let the Roths grow at this point.

Trying to stay under that Irma caps as now we're on Medicare.

I did work until 68 and put max money into the Roth the last four years.

I talk about this.

I keep pointing out that just saying we need to go after and prosecute or get rid of Medicare fraud.

Everybody agrees to get rid of fraud.

I think they've taken a lot of steps in that direction.

But when you put the when you put pen to paper, free stuff always sounds good.

But, you know, 40 trillion dollars in debt already.

The price of let's just pick one Medicare for all, which is what all the left is campaigning on after Obamacare.

what do you think Medicaid and Medicare are? That's government control.

They set prices.

Right?

They set prices on services and prescription

drugs.

Medicare is not...

It's government-run health care.

It sounds good when Abdul Al-Sayed says, oh, we're going to take away your private health insurance and we're going to put you on Medicare for all.

You're not going to have a choice anymore.

Your private insurance is going to be illegal.
