With testing and scrutinization upon spiritual leaders within the NAR comes pushback and criticism from proponents of those leaders being tested. Claims of being judgmental and critical heresy hunters…
I want to tell you, I used to be a heresy hunter and then God humbled me.
I used to be one of these heresy hunters like a Bendigo and Mike Wigner who thought I was so full of religion.
I thought I was the God's gift to the body of Christ.
I thought it was my job and my responsibility.
And I thought I was being a, I thought I was being a defender of the faith and my heart was right, but I was wrong.
And I was in a dangerous territory and God humbled me.
God allowed me to fall very hard.
and fall into the same stuff that I was attacking people, same deception.
God humbled me.
And I learned in that season when he removed me from ministry for a season and I had to rebuild my ministry, I had to learn that it was the humility that I needed more than anything.
And a lot of these people, these heresy hunters, they are full of pride, right? These are people that are not necessarily bad people, These are people that have an arrogance and a pride, and they feel like they are God's gift to the body of Christ.
Remember, it is the same spirit, religious spirit that were behind the Pharisees ministry.
What all these people do all day, every day is attack and call out the sins of everybody but themselves.
They are not preaching salvation.
They're not preaching healing.
They're preaching division.
And they're causing great division and great chaos in the body of Christ.
And God is not pleased.
All they do is attack and they stir nasty, evil Christians who don't have love and don't have mercy and don't understand the grace of God.
And they're devils.
