John KhosraviHostNo, you just mentioned NIW and I just got like a crick in my neck when you mentioned NIWs because they are, you know, I was like, is John going to do like a whole, you know, I don't know.
You want to do like a roundtable or something on NIWs because it's crazy what's going on.

So, uh, between the time I was taking us to do it, plus the RFEs that come in that demand so much work.

The problems we're seeing right now is like one is adjustment of status is a big unknown.

Like when I have a consultation with any client, I'm like, they could detain you for two months and deport you.

went from 12 to 15 months now almost two years they're pending it's like that you know the constant processing step which is another contract another payment it's like getting farther so like these intentional delays and

criminal activity that do are to just detaining people with adjustment status this is crazy uh this stuff really affects uh like everything uh so it's just stressful telling people this and they add the niw the uncertainty plus if they're here on h1b and i-140 gets approved we don't know when their adjustment is going to get approved or The H-1B time, I mean, you get fired and then they're out of status.

Technically, you could stay here with justice pending, but they could get detained too.
