A lot of economic news I want to get into and give you some local headlines real quick here before we get to Dr. Michael Bussler, Stockton University.

Some of the headlines this morning, I'm just going to give you the Philadelphia Inquirer, for example.

Their headlines have Trump stadiums and a presidential run takeaways from the PA governor's debates.

Yes, the Philadelphia Inquirer literally comparing measles in Lancaster, 400 measles cases in Lancaster County.

The problem I have with that headline, just to be critical here, very critical, is that this is fear porn on their part because There are no Philadelphia measles cases, people.

I'm not minimizing that the governor needs to do something about it and health officials and take action and educate people and try to stop that spread.

But to compare something that happened in the 90s in Philadelphia to rural Lancaster County is insane and wrong and makes people fear something that they shouldn't.

Because if you're fully vaccinated, which most of Philadelphia County is, There's no fear.

I also want to, before we bring on Dr. Michael Bussler, I do want to say this, that we have some new jobs numbers, and we'll talk about this, so I'll headline it for you.

Jobless claims, in other words, people filing for unemployment benefits because they lost their job, Those fell to 197,000.

And so it's, you know, that dropping once again, four-week moving average falling again.
