Um, But where do you think it falls on Dan Quinn? There is one noted analyst who was a great player at Alabama in college football, played in the NFL for a bit, Damian Harris from CBS.

And the leader impact is huge there because they do often know who all the stakeholders or players in or can bring in expertise that's outside of their area to be able to look at those secondary, you know, and tertiary impacts, maybe even beyond, like you're mentioning, I mean, restaurant, you would think I work on the 17th floor of a downtown building.

This, you know, silent shop across the street has nothing to do with my job, but whether I go there or not, maybe it does, right? And so I'm not discounting that impact by any means.

But that's where leaders need to come up with creative solutions.

DoorDash and Uber Eats probably exploded during that time.

Yeah, go ahead and log in remotely, but keep working home.

And so it's how do we find the most advantage for the most? Where do we stop and sit down as adults? OK, this is what the role requires.

And to Dr. Henry's point, you know, there are jobs that require you to turn the screwdriver, to interact with somebody, to physically be in contact with something.

At home school, like, what do you get, like a You know what you don't

get? Jobs.

There must be something that can allow you to – because there's a lot of positions that do say diploma or GED equivalent, whatever, require.

And as part of that, they could be looking to change some of Canada's labor code.

The three ministers involved in this are Steve McKinnon from Transport, Dominic LeBlanc, of course, from the Canada-U.S. Trade File, and Patty Hadju from Families and Jobs, which is part of the labor legislation.

We are being warned by labor unions that they will look for any curb on their constitutional right to strike.
