Oct 19, 2026 · 1 hr 15 min · 17 segments
Everyone is asking whether AI has a soul. That’s the easy question. The harder question is what AI is doing to our souls. In this episode, Pastors Jason Parrish, Joshua Bingle, and Howie Smith join…
So today's going to be a little bit different because we're going to tackle a subject that for all of us right now in this cultural moment is very, very fresh for us, and that is AI.
What it means to bear the relational nature of God, and to live in creative and vocational purpose, as well as complex thinking and learning.
And, um, i think have a very very strong pastoral conversation because there's um there are real issues here yes so i do want to say that as much as we're going to have fun with this there are some very very real issues here that we need to consider
there are and some of you might be listening and you're like ai chill out like right i use chat gpt to look in my refrigerator and find out what to make And you're telling me not to do that.
We're talking about the concept itself, what it's doing, data now showing us what it's doing to our relationships, specifically young people.
If you are a parent with middle schoolers and high schoolers in the house, lean in.
Because we have some data on what it's doing to our relationships, our creativity, our problem solving, our thinking.
I feel like any time we talk about AI, we're like that Pepe meme with Charlie Day.
