Stop Calling Everyone A False Teacher - What the Bible Actually Requires

We talk about false teachers a lot.

I talk about false teachers a lot.

And we hear a lot of people online saying a lot of things.

And in the mix of channels like mine, A term we hear and use a lot is false teacher.

I've

used

it a lot.

And the reason I chose to take this one on today is because of a recent comment.

We have a commenter that I'm not going to give their name.

But I really would almost like to just so they would understand how important these comments sometimes can be.

But there is a person that's shown up in our comments not too long ago.

And a lot of confusion, a lot of confusion.

And it's one of those commenters that first starts out really just taking shots at me that eventually starts to soften and eventually starts to ask legitimate questions.

That's happened many, many times on the podcast.

I try not to hit back too hard.

Once in a while, I will.

When somebody says I'm demon possessed because I have Godzilla on the shelf, I usually don't Try to reason with somebody like that.

The Bible tells us don't answer a fool according to his folly.

But there was a commenter that was very confused the other day, and I did a Catherine Crick video.

And apparently this person's listened to a lot of discernment channels.

And they were so confused, they didn't even know if they were a Christian anymore.

And I thought, you know, we have a lot of potential to do good with this kind of ministry, but we also have a lot of potential to do bad.

And there are some people out there I'm not mentioning any names that I don't know.

See, I have a church to answer to, and I'm not trying to say that I'm better than anybody else.

I don't have all the answers.
