First thing I want to cover at the very beginning of the episode.
Yes.
I want to remind you guys that you can still find those links to support the organizations that are helping people that are being detained by ICE.
It's going to be in all my links.
It's going to pop up.
There's a couple of resources as well that let you know what to do if ICE shows up at your place of employment, your home, if you're out.
And then, as I mentioned before, those couple of links that you can actually donate to for those organizations.
As well, a couple of links below that is the Support Palestine links.
That's not changing.
That's not going away.
Yeah, thank you.
I did want to bring up about how in the summertime, before we took our little break in June, I mentioned that I wanted to organize some get-together, at least at a park, a little picnic or something with any of our local listeners.
um things didn't pan out obviously um primarily because i i know a majority of our listeners are hispanic or latino because i i at the time there was increased ice activity it's kind of the same now too but i didn't want to put anyone potentially at risk yeah during that month for just like a little meet and greet like yes it would be nice to do it in the future but maybe during a time where it's safer for everyone um even us as as u.s citizens i mean that's not stopping anyone from being harassed out on the street or at work unfortunately not so maybe in a time where you know it's safer for everyone we will organize like a little get together like even in the park or something like a little picnic and Yeah, I just don't feel very comfortable
organizing something like that.
And something unfortunately happening to somebody that comes to our meet and greet.
Or if they're just out, you know, in general.
Yeah.
Besides that, I think we may want to point out that this episode will be in audio only.
