From the beginning of the season, guys just don't really fall off a cliff like Bregman does or had in the first half.
And nothing Alex Bregman does makes you think that this isn't a guy who's going to work through everything, who isn't going to try really hard.
This is somebody who... has been talked about as being a phenomenal clubhouse guy.
He has, and with what Pete Crow Armstrong has done this year, and then you get another guy like Bregman, and we know the cloth that he's cut from.
To get him to be able to find himself, it's an offense that's already been humming for damn near most of the year.
Every team goes through certain droughts, right? You're not going to be solid game one all the way to 162, but the Cubs' offense has been – Pretty much as good as any others, and when you get Bregman going like this, you start to look at the top of the order, and it's like, man, that's definitely inflicting some fear into the opposition.
I don't know, Jason, the eye test, because I've been watching more closely now the last couple of weeks.
And I don't think he necessarily looked like wildly uncomfortable at the plate when he was off to his slow start.
