We'll start with opening night.

We will go through their All-Star Game in Toronto.

We'll carry, uh, semifinals and then the Walter Cup finals again.

An All-Star Game in Toronto, eh? That's the first we're hearing about that, Brian.

Methinks you may have leaked some inside information.

Given that the league's collective bargaining agreement with players includes language allowing for the potential of an All-Star Game, it wouldn't be all that surprising for the league to introduce one in its fourth season.

And if you consider the Filipino Canadians, Filipino Americans, they are kind of huge number of population in North America.

So Philippine Airlines, they fly from San Francisco, LAX, Honolulu, JFK, and Chicago in the future to Manila very frequently, and including cities like Vancouver and Toronto.

Actually, there are a lot of flights flying there, and it is really kind of very refreshing to see four to six business class seats on the same flight, on the same cabin.

So I would say it is the most recent surprise that I talk about recently after they have this partnership.

Think about most people rave about Japan Airlines, like first class and business class on the latest aircraft.

They are the same generation, same aircraft type.

So they will roll out in New York and also Toronto, and I have found a seat, like five business class on this route on the latest aircraft.

So don't let the chance Go away.

You gotta be excited about this guy.

Jackson Cover, four points in the last game up against the Montreal Canadiens, and then scoring the game winner against the Toronto Maple Leafs in overtime.

Like, a- and he had a goal before that, too, right, in the Toronto game?

Uh, he had two assists in that game.

Oh.

I'll say LA.

No, but LA's third, which is interesting because Anaheim's third last and San Jose's fourth last.

So, I mean, it's kinda like how Toronto's second and Ottawa's second last, both in Ontario.

I almost appreciate there hasn't been, like, some fake thing about, like, "We can still make it." Although, I don't know, they win a couple more and [chuckles] win a couple in Toronto, we'll see-

We'll, uh, we'll see.

And hell, uh, this win streak continues, we're gonna have to have completely different discussions.

Uh, you know, play Toronto, play, uh, Chicago.

You know, it's, uh, [laughs] it, it, it's gonna be a week, Cody.

Yeah, because the White Sox, not only are they just a half game ahead of the Cleveland Guardians, they're only a game and a half ahead of the Toronto Blue Jays.

So a bad week again, and Toronto, who continues to play better baseball, maybe next week when we record this podcast, listeners, even though it's a very scary thought, the White Sox could be out of the playoff picture.

And the Texas Rangers have caught the Houston Astros in the American League West.

The Rangers are only a game back of Houston.

They have to step up in these last two weeks of the White Sox.

One, they're going to have a winning record this season.

And two, if they're going to stay ahead of Cleveland, Toronto, Texas, and Houston, this entire pile right now of just reaching the postseason, or have any chance of still holding on in the American League Central.

And, you know, as somebody who suffers from PTSD, CPTSD, it really helped me find the positivity in life and really get rid of that negative voice that was embellished in me and embedded in me as a child.

But I don't get high anymore because me and my husband, we greened out in Canada, in Toronto at the airport, which is actually a joke that's in my stand-up comedy special.

You greened out? Yes.

What does that mean? Greening out is when you get too high and you think you are going to die and you see the light.

So my husband got too high.

We were at Toronto airport and we had every emergency service available to man stood by our sides.

Paramedic, border control, police, the checkout lady working behind the counter, firefighters.

And he says, drive past, drive the cup past the Maple Leafs.

Well, we didn't say what year that we would get the cup to, but yes, hopefully it's before Toronto wins their cup.

Well, that's yeah, I think that's a really fair point.

Like Toronto, I mean, it's not there have not only been protests in Toronto, but the fact that it is a small enough country and lots of people do live in Toronto and Toronto is not a very big city.

If you're if you're if you're mad, you're probably very near somewhere you can go to be with other people who are mad.

How do you think this battle ends? I really don't know.
