What 20 Years of Peptide Use Taught Me (Most Experts Won't Say This)

So as recently as February 27th, 2026, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.-sat across from Joe Rogan and said, "We are going to be changing the classification of about 15 of the 19 previously Class 2 peptides." What does that mean? Well, they mean Class 2 basically means that these peptides do raise some concerns when it comes to safety.

And then everybody was up in arms saying, "Oh, the FDA is trying to mess you over, and they're trying to take money for the pharmaceutical companies." And listen, I'm against pharmaceutical companies making billions and billions and billions of dollars off stupid stuff just as much as you are.

However, I'm also against really intelligent people making really uneducated decisions, or at least uninformed decisions, and specifically injecting things into their body that you know nothing about.

And the reason I know this is 'cause I'm guilty.

I did it for so many years.

I had no idea.

Luckily for me, I was smart enough to make one mistake early on where I used a peptide from China that really didn't feel very good.

And so I was very, very resistant throughout my career to use anything that wasn't directly coming from my doctor or directly coming from a pharmaceutical company.

So I went to extreme measures to try to find everything I could coming from a North American pharmaceutical company, which is the still the approach that I take and still the approach I encourage you to take.

And now there are certainly, uh, useful and approved compounding pharmacies, and we're gonna go through that today.
