Nosara, Costa Rica, Stonehenge, a summer solstice in the UK, Salem, Massachusetts for haunted happenings, New Age festivals are because we sat in front of Wiccans, polytheists, spiritualists, people of different faiths and religions and belief systems and spirituality.

So I always like to set this as a table before I go into an interpretation because I want to make sure that I'm using language correctly.

When I started to move down to Costa Rica, I was gifted Living Energies, which is a book written by Callum Coates about the life work of Victor Schauberger.

And I literally read that front to back about a dozen times over the last 20 years.

And the reason why is it gives you the why.

You literally had all these robber barons that were like, no, no, no. Let's make them stupid.

And so all these technologies, none of it's new, man.

Like even when I tell people when I was moving down to Costa Rica in 2006, I was going to live off grid.

So I was going to go, okay, I'm going to be solar and I'm also going to have a micro hydro system.

I remember when he was in people's faces and stuff like that.

Costa Rica, it wasn't.

And we had such a different side of him.

Is that when he got brought on as a

You know, I did get injured recently.

I tore my bicep while surfing in Costa Rica a couple months ago, but I'm now on the mend.

That was the most fun, although I loved so many of them.

The one that I'm proud I did, but I will never do anything like this again, is the year I learned biochemistry.

And so why don't we start with me asking you, What have you seen lately? Because you do travel so much, as I said a moment ago.

Well, yesterday I returned to the United States from Costa Rica, and I spent 36 days offshore about a month ago between New Zealand and Australia.

So, yes, I am still getting around, and I'm headed to the Netherlands the second week of October.

So, yeah.

I cross borders a lot, but I do things domestically as well.

And by the way, excuse my throat.

I did in the last four days in Costa Rica, I did 16 sessions and my voice hasn't fully recovered.

So it's a tiny bit scratchy.

We had

Number one, I don't want to hear some message from somebody and say, well, you said this.

So I quit my job, divorced my husband and moved to Costa Rica.
