And your thoughts on nasal peptides, Semax, Selank, uh, delta sleep inducing peptide, how does bioavailability compare to subcutaneous? Uh, do you need more, uh, if using nasal spray comparatively? Whereas if you go subq, like the bioavailability is, uh, pretty much the same, right? Maybe, uh, intranasally is a little bit less, uh, because it still needs to be absorbed and you could, um, you know, basically, uh, swallow a little bit into, uh, you know, your, your, your throat and then, then you lose, uh, obviously, uh, the potency because it gets broken down in the intestinal tract because you swallow it.

So let's say the bioavailability is 70% up the nose, but 70% of the dose goes into the brain.

Whereas if you go subq and you inject it, I don't know, in your stomach subcutaneously, then it has to diffuse and spread out, and now it goes to your hands and your feet and your anus and your brain, right? So it diffuses across the body homogeneously, and now you get a much lower concentration in the brain.

So a nasal spray of Semax of 250 micrograms might give you the same effect as 500 micrograms subcutaneously.

Um, but for that you have to experiment a little bit.

And subcutaneously lasts longer because the subcutaneous depot, um, takes some time to absorb and, and kind of metabolize and, and diffuse through the body.

In other words, they can be manufactured.

The six peptides are BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-C, Epidylon, and Semax.

Now the committee spurned warnings from career FDA scientists that this was premature and that the compounds hadn't been tested adequately either for efficacy or safety.

Now the committee did reject one other peptide, but they approved six of them.

Um, maybe add in HCG, 500 IU three times per week.
