MLB, What Are We Doing?

The MLB playoffs are here, the takes are flying, and our preseason predictions are already looking a little questionable. Nate and Caleb break down the postseason, debate who's built for a championship run, revisit their preseason MLB draft, and find out who actually knew what they were talking about this year. Along the way, we get into MLB's playoff scheduling problem, the future of baseball fandom, some questionable stadium ground rules, and a few rabbit holes that probably should've stayed rabbit holes. Plus, we're kicking off **Memories of the Game**, a new recurring segment about the moments, relationships, and memories that make baseball more than just a game. This time, we're talking about playing catch, the people who taught us to love the game, and why those little moments stick with us long after the final out. And yes, Johnny Damon's head comes up. Of course it does. **A quick heads-up from the GrnHaus crew:** This episode was recorded four days before its release, so a few of our playoff takes and predictions may already have played out differently by the time you're watching. Consider this a snapshot of where our heads were at when we hit record. We're not claiming clairvoyance here — just two baseball guys doing their best to call it before the dust settles. ⚾ **Meetings on the Mound** — baseball people, talking baseball, with plenty of opinions and the occasional detour.
