And, and look, uh, uh, I am somebody who understood why the Mets decided to move on from Pete Alonso.

I am somebody who understands why there is so much frustration, uh, as to Pete Alonso not playing baseball for the New York Mets, and now playing the rest of his career out in Baltimore.

So I understand both sides of the coin.

And I had a little fun putting them all in order, but I think Javy Báez in 2018, his 10th, um, electric season.

He was electric in '19 as well, and then in '21 he was traded to the Mets for Pete Crow-Armstrong.

So the list comes, uh, full circle.

But some that come to mind are the um 2005 to the 2000 actually to 2008 the New York Mets they had Pedro Martinez and in 2005 to 7 they also had Tom Glavin and in 2008 it was Pedro Martinez and Johan Santana obviously the 2023 Mets when they had Scherzer and Verlander together though too like I remember them from their Tiger days.

Just great pitchers.

Pretty cool to see multiple Cy Young award winners on a team, much less the success with the pitching.
