Um, there's been some reports this week from CBS Sports', Adam Finkelstein, and then Yahoo! Sports Kevin O'Connor, uh, confirmed it yesterday.
I get the big screen.
[chuckles]
No worries.
[laughs]

Adam Finkelstein, on June 1st, so a couple days ago, he said on the CBS sports stream, quote, "The interesting thing is that so far he," as in Braeden Berries, "hasn't taken a lot of workouts.

There are teams higher in the lottery that would be interested in working Buries out, yet there's growing spec-speculation he may prefer Dallas." That was three days ago.

And then a couple days ago, he doubled up on it and said-- On a news stream, he said, "It sounds to me, or at least there's growing evidence that there's-- this is where Braedon Buries and his representatives wanna be.

I think there's a lot of traction here, especially when you talk about a player who's got interest from teams higher up in the draft and working him out but has yet to go to many of these workouts.

I think he wants to play with Cooper Flagg, and I think his representatives are gonna try to get this done." His representatives being, like they said, Klutch and Rich Paul, who I'm sure basketball fans are familiar with.

And then we got some confirmation from another source, Yahoo's Kevin O'Conor, uh, used to be with The Ringer.

Um, but he said, "Adam Finkelstein of CBS Sports reported that Buries hasn't taken many workouts, and there is speculation that he's tryna angle his way to Dallas.

To add more color to that reporting, Buries is represented by Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul, who steered Derrick Lively to the Mavericks with the 12th pick in the 2023 draft..." I was not aware of that.
