Mary Live with Dr. Mark Miravalle: Do You Know Your Guardian Angel?

My friends in Jesus and Mary, I'll be frank with you, I'm just thrilled to talk about the angels.

And as we discuss the angels, I just want to give it a perspective.

So in novels, we talk about fantasy lands, or there's a big focus on the possibility of aliens now, and even in great works like Tolkien's, you know, Hobbit world, we have a Middle Earth, and those are all fine, except for the alien.

But this is real.

This is not fantasy.

We're talking about a civilization of persons, far more numerous, far more intelligent, higher on the created order than any of us.

This is why, my friends, we can't ignore these spiritual persons.

So let's go through a very quick Angelology 101, and it all leads ultimately to, do you know your guardian angel? Do you have a relationship with your guardian angel? Because as we'll see, your guardian angel has been waiting since the beginning of time.

The Fourth Lateran Council tells us that the angels were created simultaneously with man at the beginning of time.

So your angel has been, quote, waiting outside of time for you to enter time just to bring you home.

God the Father, in his incredible, indescribable love, gave you a spiritual being, personally, that's been waiting until you were conceived to enter human history and to guide you to paradise.

It doesn't get a lot better than that.

That's why we can't ignore the angels.

So let's go through a little 101.
