Marvel Movie Talk - Spider-Noir: Episodes 3, 4 and 5

I'm loving it so far.

I think it's very...

Nick Cage is very polarizing for me.

I think in his older age, he is getting...

He's leaning into his personality more and his roles make more sense.

And so I feel like he's perfectly cast for...

this thing and the way that all of the characters are sort of intertwining with each other, the way, the way that it's set in time, I feel like is really well done.

Like they're not overdoing it.

Everything is sort of simplified, but all the choices, all the costumes, the set design, everything I'm loving it.

Yeah, no, I agree.

And there are moments where you're like, oh, Nicolas Cage can't help but Nicolas Cage everything.

Exactly.

If you hire Nicolas Cage, you should be like, well, I think we're going to get Nicolas Cage here.

And these episodes, so, you know, previously Katie and I talked about the first two.

Watching the three of these together, I'm like, well, Ben Reilly's a little wackier than he seemed.

There's song and dance numbers where I'm like...

He's talking to a guy who can electrocute him and kill him in front of the most powerful crime boss.

And he's really running that smart mouth of his.

But I think it's great that we get it.

And yes, Daniel Drew, I don't want you to think anything else.

I don't mind his cage isms.

Oh, I don't mind it.

I was

just like, oh, here it is fully on display.

And I think he's doing great.
