Sandman

I thought it is.

Oh, no. H- Hy- Hydro- Man was replaced because they couldn't get the rights to Sandman.

So it was like-

So it was supposed to be Sandman and then they Hydro- Man'd him up.

Yeah, it was, uh, uh, like a tiny little B list villain Avengers, like the best that they could come up with at that time.

Uh, but and then yeah, I, I'm pretty sure everything about Medusa was retrofitted to, instead of just being like a common criminal, she's a moon queen.

Yeah, I always think of it, they're like gods with a lowercase d, and then there's like...

the supreme creator over them yeah but interpretations of some of the characters that we saw Sandman, Tombstone Black Cat who's Cat Hardy which was like oh okay that's interesting oh

yeah

I think they really like played these characters well in this world of adapting them to noir like Sandman and Molten Man Really gave them interesting angles.

there's no real complaints because they're totally different from the originals.

Boom, boom, boom, you know? Sin-Eater, there you go.

And then to the right of Otto, uh, right in front of, uh, Electro, I would actually have, um, I would have Sandman.

I f- I would have Sandman.

Ooh, okay.

I feel like Sandman would be a really midfield, uh, a really, really useful, you know, defensive type of midfielder, and he would really supplement Otto's creativity with his sand abilities, really be able to handle the ball, you know? Not even Messi could get past that.

And he gets hired by Emile Hirsch, and I am blanking on the name of his dad.

He played the Sandman in the Spider-Man movie.

He didn't do what Sandman or Electro did and rob a bank.

He became a wrestler and a TV talk show host guest.

These are not the actions of a villain in waiting.

But I think they just tried rushing Venom, and I think that was the biggest problem.

And I think the other biggest problem with this one was the inclusion of the Sandman in here as well.

Did we need him as an extra villain? Could they not have just done this? I mean, I suppose it had to have some kind of villains and stuff, but it all felt a little bit forced.

and that kind of idea of him having to need to use multiple villains to try and tell the story.

Mostly she is in a villain.

But the only Spider-Man villain who would have worked in a spinoff I think, aside from Venom, is Sandman.

Because just like Venom, Sandman, at least in the Sam Raimi movie, Sandman is usually, like, you usually like him.

I think that Sandman could have been a cool villain.
