I think he's really, I mean, he's always been really charming in the role, but I think this one, it felt like he really stepped into it and it focused a little more on him, even though obviously, yes, it was setting up the big the next big MCU thing.

It still felt like it was focusing on him as a character and his relationships, and I really enjoyed that part of it, because that's what we love about Spidey, right? He's relatable, and everything always goes horribly wrong for him.
I mean, as a kid, what I loved about Spider-Man compared to, you know, so I grew up watching on TV like Superman and Batman is that Peter would worry about things like, you know, I can't afford to pay the rent.
you know and uh you know he he had like a uh and shellac maybe you might remember this it during secret wars 2 he had a note a notebook that had been turned into solid gold an entire skyscraper had been turned into solid gold and he saved it and uh he goes to sell it to somebody like well how much do you want for this and he says like i don't know 467 whatever his rent is You probably could have gotten more for it, but I'm like, that's our Spidey.

Kind of the nostalgia of it and seeing the other Spider-Mans and then having him finally go on that journey with great power comes with great responsibility.

I think this one felt more... comic book you know and the way it was filmed and a lot of the sequence that they used so uh i thought the director did an amazing job um so i did enjoy it a lot but i still will put you know no way home just slightly above that you know above this one but uh i thought it was great it was great
yeah i have a similar thought on that uh just because it's sort of the same thing where that movie has triple the Spider-Man in it.
To your point, I had shared this in an earlier conversation, but it's worth pointing out when Frank Miller says that he believes that this is the most Ditko movie yet.
And one of my other contributors pointed out that this is really an opportunity for him to pound his chest and say, I created the hand and the pages of Daredevil, which is probably not wrong, but I still like what he had to say.
And I think that four movies in, four solo movies in, and a couple of other appearances, it's hard to be able to point at another Spider-Man and say, well, this is why he's better.
