It sure is, and regardless of what you think about the UN or globalism, there is kind of a widely acknowledged understanding of what genocide is in terms of international law.

Much of it is codified within the UN, but it's actually... that are committed with the intent to destroy a national ethnic racial or religious group in whole or in part the last part is key and one of the five criteria that is used to determine what a genocide is is the forced displacement of children which obviously happened in gaza not only the displacement especially from north to south from gaza city down to areas near rafa which was eventually taken out completely by the IDF-2, reduced to rubble.

Over 100,000 for sure, but that doesn't include a lot of the numbers of the displaced peoples.

You even have that since the ceasefire in which over a thousand Palestinians were killed by Israel.

Israel did this in the initial days, shutting off power and introducing a starvation campaign to suppress the transfer of supplies and in fact make the embargo against Gaza permanent.

And this has led to many Jewish genocide scholars, in addition to Finkelstein, like Raz Sagal and Amos Greenberg and Omar Bartov, to conclude that, in fact, this is a genocide.
