Downplaying, slow to realize the significance of the rise of ISIS, military interventions, Iraq, Libya, now Iran, with what you quite rightly des- uh, debate as no day after plans, the scuttle from Afghanistan, which Mr. Biden never quite escaped from, and now the unnecessary war in Iran.

I don't think it was a failure.

The, one of the, I think, most important and consistent themes in your book is that again and again you, you come back to this issue, no real plan for the day after.

It, it's a clear lesson, as you make clear i- in the book, but also a lesson that America seemed incapable of learning.

All these international terrorist organizations have secret state sponsorship.
