I don't wanna say it's an outline, but I'm reading Page One to Done by Jessica Brody.

And if you follow me on social media, you may have heard me complaining about this book, but only because it does the one thing I hate, which i- well, I know I hate a lot of things.

Specifically, when it comes to habits or advice, she does one thing I hate, which is say, "Think about, like, brushing your teeth or a shower or something.

When was the last time you had to convince yourself to brush your teeth?" And I'm like, "This morning." I don't think neurotypical people underst- I mean, there's a lot they don't understand about ADHD, but it's like, every time I get up, I think, "Do I have to brush my teeth? Yes.

Yes, I do." Before bed, "Do I have to brush my teeth and put in my retainers? Yes.

Just do it next to another habit that you have," even if you're someone whose brain is not really good at producing habits.

But she does talk about how she thinks up books from the very beginning, and they are not how I do it.

And it's, it, there's nothing revolutionary about this book yet, but as I'll talk about later, a lot of things you need to remind yourself over and over and over again, which is why I'm still podcasting, really.
