I'm not gonna ask you to raise your hand, but how many here in your mind, how many have really given an honest reading to the book of Ezekiel? Don't raise your hand.

An honest reading to the book of Ezekiel.

You come, you've read Genesis, you know, you've read through Job, Psalm, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Psalms of Solomon, and you come into Isaiah, Isaiah's a little tough.

The first 35 chapters are a little tough to read.

Then you come in 36 and on.

It gets pretty easy to read after that.

But he hit Ezekiel.

Jeremiah, Lamentations, and Ezekiel.

And those are books of judgment.

They're books of condemnation on the children of Israel.

And you kind of get a... a view of God that you don't get by reading the New Testament.

God really hates sin.

And you should too, and so should I more.

Because sin is the most destructive force in the universe.

It just destroys everything good.

Everything sweet, everything pure.

Our brother talked about that in his verse tonight.

Whatsoever things are lovely, it destroys it.

Pure destroys it.

Honest destroys it.

Just destroys it.

Good report destroys it.

Sin will take you further than you want to go, keep you longer, and you want to stay and cost you more than you want to pay.

Can't say enough bad about sin.
