"Ein chadash tachat ha-shemesh," There is nothing new under the sun, teaches Ecclesiastes.

Like Wile E. Coyote in his imagined lawsuit against Acme, ours is an age in which we are prepared to litigate against anyone and everyone, the faulty equipment, the manufacturer, the system, anyone but us, the coyote who ordered the rocket, lit the fuse, and pointed it in the wrong direction.

Think about the cases that have captured our attention this past year.
