Week 3 Review / Week 4 Preview

Hope you guys are enjoying every single second of this, this college football game that we have right now.

Still early to tell who, you know, it has the easiest path and who's probably going to end up at least in the playoffs.

A lot can happen.

And usually this is when the time when you want to see who you are.

You've had a few games under your belt.

You know who you are and you know who you're not.

Now, if you're let's say, you know, for for example, my Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Going into the season, being preseason ranked in the top 15, reigning Big 12 champs, aspiring back to getting to the playoffs again, and making some actual noise this time.

And looking at our first couple of games, you would kind of go, hmm.

Is it the pressure? Is it just slow starts? You know, we haven't quite gotten to where we are, where we wanted to be, at least at this time of year.

Or maybe we're just not that good.

You know, it is what it is.

But it's still too early to tell.

You know, I mean, did Indiana, the Hoosiers, you know, last year's national champion, did they look...

Like world beaters the first couple weeks of the season? No.

I do believe they played, I want to say it was Indiana State, the first or second game of the season.

And I think they squeaked out a three to seven point win.

The team you are early in the season does not have to resemble what the team is.

I promise you could look like shit right now and then be a world beater.

Let's talk about Oklahoma State.

You know, they lost to Tulsa.

That's like a perennial, you know, annual game that Oklahoma State would have.

And they would always play Tulsa and then always beat up on Tulsa.

And this year, a lot of talks of Oklahoma State being some sort of a sleeper in the Big 12 conference.

You know, it's North Texas in orange and black almost with Eric Morris bringing all his best players from North Texas to Oklahoma State.
