Fantasy football

In this monster matchup episode of Fantasy Football is Life, we are breaking down every game in the Week 8 slate and we are highlighting the players we are starting and sitting.

Let's get to it.

Hello everyone and welcome to Fantasy Football's Life and Fantasy Life Show.

I'm Matthew Freeman, Matt F.

The Oracle, and I'm here with Zane Donani.

I will say, obviously, not wanting to brag, I'm known for my humility.

But 7-0 in the work league, no big deal.

It's not like I'm competing against fantasy football experts or anything.

I am your host, Heath Cummings.

And it's just me, so you probably already figured it out.

It's a one-man mailbag, but it's a special one-man mailbag.

I always say that somebody should have to overpay if they're getting the best player in the deal.

Bijan, obviously the best player in the deal here.

So I might say like, would you, you know, Heath Cummings from FFT dynasty said, it's not quite enough.

Welcome to the Fantasy Football Unlimited Podcast.

I'm excited for this episode.

We have a guest that has a glorious and trustworthy beard.

So we're going to dive right into yours.

I guess for the listeners and viewers unfamiliar with your work, what are you up to this season?

This year, I am covering fantasy football, and I'm doing college football for Matthew Barry's Fantasy Life.

welcome to week 8 everybody we are almost halfway through the fantasy football season injuries keep piling up but I'll tell you what this is the first week where I've looked at the injury list and I haven't wanted to off myself so we're we're making progress here folks we're making progress I'm Josh Hudson.

I've got Joel Worth with me.

We are answering every single one of your start sit questions as we head into week eight.

Okay, Tad, so you're supposed to say no, and then you banter about why you actually know more.

But anyways, whenever I told Rudy that y'all were coming on here today, the first thing I thought of was fantasy football.

So, Rudy, you're going to have to chime in for this one and talk some fantasy football before we get into the college happenings today with all the games.

That's fair.

I'm assuming y'all play fantasy football?

Yeah, I got two leagues running hot right now.

Okay, are they both redrafts or y'all do any dynasty leagues too?

I think that's kind of the plan with the new Big Ten format.

That you have somebody that crazy.

Now, you have a big fantasy football match this week.

Yeah, so do you.

Yeah, we do.

Talk about it.

Well, okay.

So we're in a fantasy football league.

And this week, I'm playing Steve.

Now they've got the trio titles with Stripes.

For me, as a wrestling fan, as a guy who, I don't want to use this word, but as the boss of the network, to have you guys on every week, having fun, making me remember... how much fun it was when we launched For Fantasy's Sake and it was just the three dudes getting on TV, well not TV, but getting on The Internet and talking to each other about, you know, what we love every week.

You know, you guys definitely made me remember that.

That's

Wait a minute.

Are you talking about celebrity? I implied it.

If you're listening right now and you love fantasy football, please check out our Twitter, our Facebook, 4FantasyStateQC.com. Sign up for the leagues.

We'd love to get to 100 teams.

Fortunately, I don't think anybody's going to be doing that in local theater anytime soon.

The rights are not going to be available for a long time, but yeah, Fantasy booking-wise, if I were to put myself in any role, that's the role that I would want.

So let's kind of bring that full circle.

We're talking about fantasy booking.

Lamb is putting up numbers with the best of them.

He's challenging to be the number one wide receiver in this league for fantasy football points.

He still has some work to do to catch a JSM, but I mean, CeeDee Lamb is definitely putting up those points.

Six boom games, 129 points.
