What are you working on? What's the polling? And why do you keep making these films?

Yeah, so I am focused on the original Big Ten, not the expanded Big Ten, Steve.

And these Great Lakes states are very much in play.

I think we're gonna win all three of them: Michigan Senate, uh, Minnesota Senate, Wisconsin governor.

Week one against Boise, they came back and won that game, but it was not impressive.

Who are you, Oregon? Where's your identity gone? The program that was most ready to make that transition to the Big Ten physicality on the line of scrimmage.

Oklahoma State and Drew Mestemaker, who just lost to T- or yeah, lost to Tulsa in week one.

You lose to them 39-31? You can't be doing that.

There's Penn State, Purdue.

So you have five Big Ten teams right up there.

So, you know, Texas and Stanford are always up there.

It's women's volleyball.

They're two games in now.

Some teams are three games in.

But one more week of the exhibition, I'll call it the non-conference, right? And then we'll get to the Big Ten schedule.

The Bison

They're fucking terrible.

And shout out to the ACC sticking it to the Big Ten.

But yeah, Boston College, 28.

Rutgers, 21.

We'll talk about this.

But BC, obviously, it's a good win.

I mean, the bottom of the ACC beating the bottom of the Big Ten.

And then talked about it a little bit, but penalties are, changed a lot of this game you know i know one of the plays that we're going to look at is you know we got kind of got them backed up after a face mask penalty that we had um on that play and their coach got an unsportsmanlike contact penalty that moved them back out of out of field goal range almost and then on the next play they had a 37 yard game down to the one yard line so that that play and then obviously the uh You know, obviously the aggressive play by Rock Hill coming in and hitting the kicker and then setting them up to score.

There's some things that we have to get better at, you know, and I know that's going to be an emphasis by the coaching staff, but definitely something to clean up as we climb into Big Ten.

Yeah, no, that's right.

And I would say that they played pretty clean in the first couple of games, penalty-wise.

We definitely are a more physical football team.

But we cannot have this type of vulnerability as a defense because, again, stakes are going up.

Big Ten starts on Saturday back at Rutgers, and then it's on.

So we'll get to all that, but it's definitely going to have to improve.

So $11 million goes a lot longer, a lot farther in Tallahassee than it does in Southern California.

So just say, look, man, we're going to give you the same amount of money, but you're going to live twice as wealthy as you do, and you don't have to be in the Big Ten.

You get to run it back like you did in Oklahoma.

You're going to be playing a bunch of teams that aren't very good, aren't as good as the Michigans and Ohio States of the world.

The SEC slug is your first one.

Your second slug is the Big Ten.

This is what we, SEC homers, if you will, have been claiming all offseason.

The bulk of the SEC... is redonkulous, right? Like if you take any, like majority of the SEC is going to beat the majority, almost the majority of the Big Ten.

And that's exactly what this first slug is telling you.

You see how long that Big Ten slug is, right? Like the outliers, you've got, I don't know who, that's probably Ohio State at the front.

I don't know who that is.

And then Indiana and probably maybe USC is probably those second dots.

I have some mea culpa to do on Michigan, but Washington out of the top 25.

That's how we're going to get started on the show, talking about some of the Big Ten teams and what they did this weekend, or maybe they didn't do this weekend.

So the comeback heard around the world.

Ohio State loses to Texas 24-23 early in the game.

I couldn't figure that out.

But it is like they use a different type of turf than almost everybody else in college football.

Well, listen, for Ohio State it sucks, but the Big Ten still looks like it's there for the taking.

Maybe even more so than before.

And so all those things adjust.

But for this Big Ten Saturday anyway, and I think for a lot of Saturdays, our speed won out.
