It's just the biggest early season game in Ole Miss history.

The only one I can think of that rivals it is 2015 Alabama.

This one's so much bigger than that, though, because it's not just a top 10 matchup.

The first one in this game since the 60s.

People understand.

They know Alabama's overrated, and the Noles are coming in hungry.

But you're going to have to pay him off.

But I think isn't it illuminated for everyone, Aslan, that the people that make decisions for this university, and I truly believe this, especially when it comes to Peter Collins and McCullough.

This playoff gets expanded to 24 teams.

Well, then in a year, literally a year, it could be Florida State's a playoff team.

Going from this, where we're laughing at the thought of them even competing with Alabama, to next year they could be a playoff team.

And by God, you need to make this happen quickly.

But it can turn into one of these muck fests if you mess around offensively.

Yeah, my key to this matchup is, and it's what I think Kentucky's going to be for the entire season, how many haymakers does Will Stein throw, and how many does he land, and how many does he miss on? We saw him throw a bunch in that Alabama game, and they jumped out to a big lead because of it, and then it's the reason they ended up getting absolutely skull-dragged towards the end of that game.

I think what you're going to see with Kentucky is they're going to be a puncher's chance team.

They're going to throw a lot of punches, however many land, we'll see.

But I've been to Bryant-Denny somehow more than any other stadium.

Which seems weird, because I didn't go to Alabama.

Well, I didn't go to Texas.

I've been to a couple of games at UT.

And they've done a really good job in the last five, few years of promoting more tailgating around the stadium and finding places for that to happen.

And so it's, because I remember when I went to, even 10 years ago, going to a game down there, you were like, man, this is just not anything like what it is in some of these SEC places.

In the last few years, it's gotten, it's still not on the level of like an Alabama or a LSU or Ole Miss or whatever, but it's

The Alabama lead-in, they clobbered Kentucky, was like $7.5 million on ABC, which is tremendous for middle of the day, early in the season.

And then some $14 million, again, the numbers are inflated, but some $14 million, according to Disney and ABC, were watching Ohio State, Texas, which is the highest-rated week two primetime audience in like 15 years.

So they did very well with that Texas comeback.

That changed a lot of careers.

Alabama, the trajectory in the NFL of the Saints, and look at what happened to Alabama after Nick Saban left the Dolphins when they weren't signed.

I'm willing to bet you the opinion of the Miami Dolphins team position, he gets a lot of grief about he failed him on a physical, and look what happened, and New Orleans passed him on a physical.

I guarantee you, his opinion was the glass was half empty and the saints opinion was the glass was a half full, but there was about the same amount of milk in there.
